Privacy notice
What we collect through an enquiry, why, who sees it, and how to ask us about it. Short version: we only hold what you send us, we only use it to reply, and we never pass it on without telling you first.
01Who we are
RSI Industries is a private brokerage and introduction house operating out of Dubai, with presence in London and a network presence in Monaco. For the purposes of data protection law, RSI Industries is the controller of the personal information described in this notice.
You can reach us about anything in this notice at contact@rsi-industries.com.
02What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, country of residence, the service line you are interested in, and whatever you write in the message itself.
That enquiry is saved to our own secure database when you submit the form, and a notification is emailed to the RSI Industries enquiry inbox so a person picks it up. Nothing else is recorded — we do not log your IP address for marketing, and we do not profile you.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels or marketing cookies on this site. We do not buy lists of contacts, and we do not collect information about you from third parties.
03How it is stored and secured
Enquiries are held in a managed, access-controlled database hosted by our infrastructure providers, and in the business email account used to notify us. Access is limited to the people at RSI Industries who need it to reply to you, and the database is not readable from the public website.
If you would rather not have your details stored in a form, email us instead at contact@rsi-industries.com and we will keep the exchange to email only.
04Why we use it
We use what you send us for one purpose: to read your enquiry, decide whether we are the right people for it, and reply to you. If the enquiry turns into an engagement, we keep the correspondence so we can run the work properly.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interest — responding to a message you sent us — and, where an engagement follows, the steps needed to perform a contract with you.
05Who we share it with
We are an introduction house, so the point of an enquiry is often to connect you with a counterparty — a developer, lender, bank, lawyer or other adviser. We will only pass your details to a counterparty after telling you first and with your agreement.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
06How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Where an engagement follows, we keep records for as long as the engagement requires and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
07Where it is held
Enquiries are held in our hosted database and on the business email and file systems used by RSI Industries. Because we operate across borders, and because our hosting and email providers operate internationally, your information may be processed in the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and the United States. Where transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards for the jurisdictions involved.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@rsi-industries.com and we will respond within one month.
09Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page. The version shown here is the current one.
